We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship or if we send you the wrong product.  In either case, you contact us for return authorization and once we have received the item and confirmed the defect or incorrect item, we will reimburse the shipping and refund the item cost or send a replacement at our sole discretion.  Returns should be shipped to us using the same service that you received it from unless we instruct otherwise in writing.

We do not accept the return of any item that has been opened or used except in the circumstances mentioned above.
