Plastic Surgery or Liposuction for Cellulite
Many people think that having liposuction will solve their cellulite woes. Unfortunatley, they are very disappointed to find that they went under the knife, had a painful recovery, and spent thousands of dollars only to find that they still have cellulite. The reason that liposuction does not help with cellulite is simple to explain. Cellulite is caused by several factors suchas, poor diet, lack of exerscise, heredity, aging, homones, etc. Cellulite is usually the result of the following factors being present.
1. Excess fat in the subcutaneous layer of the skin
2. Too much fluid in the subcutaneous layer of the skin
3. Degredation of the conncetive tissues caused by too much fat and fluid in the subcutanious layer of the skin.
When this occurrs the connective tissue bands begin to tighten up and pull down on the skin causing a dent or dimple. The crowed fat and fluid begins to push up on the skin causing a bump. Wah-la cellulite!
So why can't liposuction help cellulite? The bad news is liposuction takes place in the layers of fat beneath the very top subcutaneous layer, therefore, no fat or fluid is removed from the layer where the cellulite is actually housed.
