Payment and Processing Information
Sano Beauty & Wellness accepts VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, PayPal. Orders are usually processed and shipped within one or two business days of receipt of payment. If there is a delay for any reason (such as an out of stock item), you will be notified by e-mail or phone.
Shipping Information
Insurance covering the total purchase price is required. We have found that for the cost, this protection is a very good investment). In the unlikely event that an insured package is damaged during shipping, lost, or any issue that requires the filing of an insurance claim, it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to file the claim and get reimbursement from the shipper. In the event that Sano Beauty & Wellness files the claim, the buyer understands that they will not receive replacement product until Sano Beauty & Wellness is reimbursed for the costs. Sano Beauty & Wellness does not offer refunds for loss or damage during shipping. All shipping is based on weight and destination. If you live in the Continental US allow for approximately 3-5 days in transit. All delivery time frames are estimates only. We have no control over USPS, UPS, FED EX, etc. First Class Mail is not available on orders over 13 oz.. If you are in a hurry to recieve your order, Domestic Overnight and 2nd Day Air Shipping is available for most store orders, please call or email to receive a price quote. Please mention the item numbers and number of items you would like to purchase.
International Orders
We accept only PayPal as payment for International Orders. We ship only using USPS Global Express Mail, UPS, or other shipping method that has tracking and/or delivery confirmation/guarantee. Please e-mail before ordering for an exact shipping quote to your destination unless it is listed below. You must provide your exact shipping address including postal code in order to receive an accurate quote.
Any and all tariffs, taxes, or other costs imposed on your order prior to delivery are your responsibility to pay (an example is Tariffs or Taxes imposed by Customs).
Please note that many vitamins and supplements are illegal for import into certain countries. It is your responsibility to make sure that the product is allowed to be imported into your country prior to ordering.
Combining Store Orders
You may combine orders to take advantage of savings on shipping. Please be sure to check out in one shopping cart to ensure that items are shipped together. If you forgot to order something and would like to have the item shipped with your other items, please contact cusomer support right away and we will do our best to ship them together.

Return Policy
Every item we sell is described in our Store listing. If you have received an item that you feel is not as described, please contact the sales department via E-mail immediately to let us know. If there was an error made, we will promptly replace the incorrect item at no cost to you. Please be aware that we only accept returns within 7 days of when you received the item. Since these items are of a personal nature, returns must be unopened and in original packaging for your protection. Any returns not meeting these requirements will be refused.
